Product Policy

While Gifting Bee and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant the product descriptions and all other content on this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Additionally, except for pricing inaccuracies, the items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first place it in your cart.

Regarding items sold by Gifting Bee, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you place an order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of items in our catalog or on our website may be mispriced. If there is a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:

If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions: Your order will be put on hold, and we will attempt to contact you for further instructions. Your order will be canceled, and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately. If a product offered by Gifting Bee itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

We are not liable for orders that are not collected within 3 months from the date of placing the orders online/offline.

Cancellation by Gifting Bee

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order, we will contact you. Your money will be deposited into your account once the placed order has been canceled, subject to our approval. If your order is canceled after your credit/debit/cash card has been charged, the amount will be reversed back to your Card Account.

Customer Cancellations

If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and refund the entire amount (minus the gateway charge if applicable) via Gifting Bee Gift Card. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, and you will need to refer to our Return Policy for those orders. By using Gifting Bee's services, you agree not to dispute the decision made by Gifting Bee regarding the cancellation.

Returning Goods

We want you to be satisfied with the products you buy from us. If you are not happy with the goods you have purchased for any reason, please refer to our Return Policy and follow the returns process. Some products are ordered directly from the manufacturer, and returns to these manufacturers may incur a restocking fee (the percentage depends on the manufacturer).

Credit Card Details

You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing services on Gifting Bee will be correct and accurate. You shall not use a credit card that is not lawfully owned by you. In a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide correct and valid credit card details to Gifting Bee. The provided information will not be utilized or shared with any third parties unless required for fraud verification or by law, regulation, or court order. Gifting Bee will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for using a card fraudulently rests solely on you, and the onus to prove otherwise lies exclusively with you. As a merchant, we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction, due to the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Fraudulent/Declined Transactions

Gifting Bee reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyer's fees from individuals using the site fraudulently. Gifting Bee also reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such individuals for fraudulent use of the site or any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are legally competent and eligible to enter into a binding agreement and have the necessary authority to bind the other party to this agreement. You must not use Gifting Bee's website if you are not competent to enter into a contract under the applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

You Agree and Confirm:

• In case of a non-delivery due to your mistake (e.g., wrong name or address or any other incorrect information), any additional cost incurred by Gifting Bee for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

• You will use Gifting Bee's services, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the website and engaging in transactions.

• You will provide authentic and true information whenever requested. Gifting Bee reserves the right to verify and validate the information and details provided by you at any time. If the provided details are found to be untrue, Gifting Bee has the discretion to reject your registration and prevent you from using Gifting Bee's services and/or other affiliated websites without prior notice.

• You are accessing the services and transacting on Gifting Bee's website at your own risk and using your best judgment before entering into any transaction.

• The delivery address you provide for the ordered product will be correct and accurate in all respects.

• Before placing an order, you will carefully review the product description. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale stated in the item's description.

Payment Services

As a merchant, Gifting Bee shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction, due to the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit agreed between Gifting Bee and its acquiring bank.

User Account Data

• Gifting Bee respects the privacy of every individual and protects personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Confidentiality is maintained for visitors and subscribers.

• Necessary information is shared with trusted logistics and business partners for order processing.

• Individual users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts and passwords, and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur using their accounts. Gifting Bee shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a failure to safeguard user accounts.

• Gifting Bee reserves the right to indefinitely suspend or cancel any account if inaccurate or malicious data is found, and can deny access to the site.

• Users must promptly notify Gifting Bee of any suspected unauthorized use of their account or any breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of their account password.

Disclaimer:

It is the customer's responsibility to log in earlier if they want to avail of better products or styles because Gifting Bee's sales operate on a "first come, first served" basis. Once sold out, merchandise may not be restocked. The availability of any product in stock cannot be guaranteed, and customers will only be notified when an item is sold out.

The Terms and Conditions for any contest will be separately available on the website. In case of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions specific to a contest, the former shall prevail.
